Cancelation and Refund Policy
Guests can cancel for a full refund within the first 48 hours of confirming a reservation (and at least 14 days before check-in). Outside of that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund (marketplace service fee is non-refundable).
There may be times where we consider a refund due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control (such as severe weather events). In those cases, We will evaluate the circumstances and provide refunds at our own discretion.
